  1. I love the “End of Overeating”, I read it in 2 days! Such a page-turn-er, with great knowledge and scientific approach:) It made me more aware of what triggers our eating habits.

    • I couldn’t put it down! It opened my eyes to SO many things. I wish everyone would read it. Instead of having to put my will power on overtime, I now have absolutely no desire for certain foods. I also realize I have more control over cravings than I thought. Especially when I have eaten trigger foods.

  2. To be honest I think every single kid in a school should read this book!
    Plus I enjoyed reading about all those experiments on rat. It is really well written.
    I also follow the author on twitter – he post some links to really interesting articles.
